POWDER COATING
Main activity of RESIN Kft. is powder coating of steel and aluminium parts primarily by electrostatic spray deposition. Traditional and special coating can be managed from 60 to 500 micron in single or multiple layers based on RAL colour codes. Yearly powder coating capacity is about 500 000 m2.
Only the perfectly pretreated product surface can be powder coated with quality guarantee, that is why Resin is undertaking any powder coating only together with pretreatment. The ideal and necessary pretreatment and process is always defined by taking into consideration the material composition and the final application of the product. In case of necessity some areas of the parts which must not be powder coated, could be masked (to be defended from coating) based on technical drawings. During many years we have got tremendous experience on this field.
After pretreatment and possible masking die cast and extruded aluminium parts, steel products and other metal parts can be powder coated in small and large number series on our modern automated conveyor system. modern. the excellent quality is guaranteed not only by our modern equipment but by continuous quality control during the process and afterwards. Our operation is fully in line with MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 certificates.
The final product packaging is according to customer request, even special, piece by piece packaging is feasible. In case of larger orders, we could take the transportation of the products.
